ABOUT CHEF'S RECIPE:
PUTERA'S LAMB SATAY

INGREDIENTS:

1kg Chilled Halal Australian Lamb leg, cut into small cubes 8-10g/pc
-
5gm Kunyit power
-
5gm Jintan putih
-
5gm Jintan manis
-
5gm Ketumbar
-
1gm Chilli powder
-
100gm Lemongrass juice
-
8gm Salt
-
100gm Sugar
-
50pcs Bamboo skewer, soaked in water for 1 hour
METHOD:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand for 5 minutes.

Marinate for at least 6 hours.

Pierce the marinated lamb on to the skewer.

Bbq with either charcoal stove /oven /gas stove until the satay turns golden brown with some char marks.
-
Ready to serve with cut cucumber and onion.
