ABOUT CHEF'S RECIPE:

PUTERA'S LAMB SATAY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1kg Chilled Halal Australian Lamb leg, cut into small cubes 8-10g/pc

  • 5gm Kunyit power

  • 5gm Jintan putih

  • 5gm Jintan manis

  • 5gm Ketumbar

  • 1gm Chilli powder

  • 100gm Lemongrass juice

  • 8gm Salt

  • 100gm Sugar

  • 50pcs Bamboo skewer, soaked in water for 1 hour

METHOD:

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand for 5 minutes.

  2. Marinate for at least 6 hours.

  3. Pierce the marinated lamb on to the skewer. 

  4. Bbq with either charcoal stove /oven /gas stove until the satay turns golden brown with some char marks.

  5. Ready to serve with cut cucumber and onion.
