ABOUT CHEF WANG SHIN YEOW
Chef Wang, a Chinese Malaysian, stepped into the kitchen at the young age of 18 when he started as a kitchen helper 15 years ago. He has worked in renowned F&B Groups in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
Along this journey, he has participated in various International culinary competitions and has won multiple awards. This has also allowed him to enrich his culinary style in Asian and Western cooking. Chef Wang has also cooked for royalty, high profile guests and celebrities. Furthermore, he has made multiple TV appearances as a demo chef.
Today, Wang runs a full-time food and beverage company that manages club houses and cafes.
He is also committed to using his capabilities to help the less fortunate by lending his services to charity foundations and events.
