

LAMB ME YOUR RECIPE:
FRENCH BEANS WITH LAMB MINCE
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS

300 gr French/green beans
-
250 grams of minced lamb
-
½ onion, finely chopped
-
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
-
3 red onions, finely chopped
-
2 red chilies, sliced at an angle
-
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
-
1 teaspoon stock powder
-
1 teaspoon sugar
-
1 teaspoon pepper
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
50 ml of water
DIRECTIONS
1. Parboil green beans, then remove and set aside.
2. Sauté all the spices until wilted and fragrant, add the minced lamb, stir until it changes colour.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients, stir until cooked and fragrant.
4. Stir in green beans, stir briefly and then serve.
