LAMB ME YOUR RECIPE: 
FRENCH BEANS WITH LAMB MINCE

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 gr French/green beans

  • 250 grams of minced lamb

  • ½ onion, finely chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 3 red onions, finely chopped

  • 2 red chilies, sliced at an angle

  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon stock powder

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 50 ml of water

DIRECTIONS

1. Parboil green beans, then remove and set aside.​

2. Sauté all the spices until wilted and fragrant, add the minced lamb, stir until it changes colour.

​3. Add all the remaining ingredients, stir until cooked and fragrant.

​4. Stir in green beans, stir briefly and then serve.
