Lamb In Spices

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 25 minutes

Directions

  1. Heat oil, add aromatics, star anise, cardamom, and kaffir lime leaves. Once fragrant, add water, sugar, and salt, cook until reduced.
     

  2. Take half for marinading the lamb ribs. Set aside for 15 minutes. 
     

  3. Heat non-stick pan, cook ribs until done. 
     

  4. Pour over remaining sauce. Serve.

Ingredients
