Hendri Take - Yogi, entrepreneur, sport enthusiast and foodie.

Hendri started his yoga journey since 2004 until now and was awarded the Health and Fitness Influencer at Influence Asia Award in Singapore 2015.

 

He embraces Yoga as part of himself and it will always be his journey to stay humble, to work hard and to be kind to one another. As an extension of his philosophy about being ‘in the balance’, Hendri looks to food adventures as part of his self-discovery process. A passionate foodie. Hendri loves sharing his culinary experiences with others.
