ABOUT NO SLEEP CLUB
Borne out of necessity for a fresh new face in the cocktail bar scene, No Sleep Club is the anti-hero to the numerous luxurious hotel bars sprouting across the island. Founded by Juan Yi Jun and Jessica “Hutch” Hutchinson, they have between them more than 20 years of experience in world-class bars and restaurants that have culminated into their new venue on Keong Saik Road.
No Sleep Club meticulously curates an environment that focuses on the people that inhabit it. Be it the team behind it who work tirelessly to create, prep and serve, to the guests filling the seats at any time of day.
The cocktail programme bears the same no-brand ethos from Yijun’s time at Operation Dagger - reimagined classics into simple, minimally garnished cocktails, with a deep focus on flavour and modern technique. Complemented by Hutch's renowned world-class hospitality from her time at 28 Hong Kong Street has resulted in nothing short of a winning recipe.

ABOUT PETER SMITH
Being the culinary brainchild of the kitchen at one of the World’s Best Bars 2021, Australian-born Chef Peter is on his endless pursuit in refining the best ingredients to complement the bar’s exceptional cocktail programme. The culmination of skills honed in kitchens all over Australia, New Zealand, England, and now Singapore, Chef Peter stays firmly committed to creating harmony in flavours with equal measures of respect and innovation.
The list of awards and accolades received for No Sleep Club certainly cements the future of this stellar chef, who prefers grinding his fragrant Maldon salt rub on his mortar and pestle to being in the limelight. His contribution to the Meat and Livestock Australia Lambassador programme would highlight Aussie lamb as a versatile animal that can be used from nose to tail, wasting no part of the quality meat accessible for anyone.
Much to his delight, he looks forward to sharing his knowledge and experience working with the whole lamb in the rising sustainable food fashion trend of highlighting no wastage. His uncomplicated cooking style only features five elements in a dish, focusing much on the authentic flavours from the ingredients.
